Our adhesive dot technology makes it possible to divide the adhesive layer of a product into separate, uniform, and evenly distributed adhesive dots. These dots can be distributed across the entire surface, only on lines, or only within strips or zones of any geometry (such as circular surfaces or rectangles). The size, geometry, spacing, and distribution of the adhesive dots are almost freely adjustable. This allows us to ensure that your product sticks exactly where and as firmly as you need it to, or that the adhesive layer of your product is exactly as permeable as you need it to be.
